The one that is delicious when eaten directly from the tree, raw or cooked, with no previous processing needed
Holm Oak
Quercus ilex bears the sweetest acorns of all oak species. But true sweet acorns are only the ones produced by individual superior trees
Grafted trees
We reproduce our trees through grafting to make sure that they bear the same delicious nuts than the mother trees
